Work plan
Fundación Cecilia's intervention model is based on direct intervention with the individual, through four fundamental pillars, so that people can obtain their sustainable life project, which we will address below:
◾Containment: The Foundation contains people in a situation of emotional vulnerability, preventing them from presenting self-destructive behaviors, strengthening their self-esteem and generating the possibility of overcoming experiences of grief and loss.
◾Strengthening emotional health: the Foundation disseminates information and builds capacities to identify and avoid situations that hinder people's life projects.
◾Training: The Foundation trains capabilities and grants tools to analyze and understand problematic issues, make better decisions in relation to people's reality and environment, and exercise their rights.
◾ Transformation in the community: The people served by the Foundation contrast their new knowledge and skills with the reality of the environment from which they come and become agents of change for the transformation of conditions in the community.
People strengthen their self-esteem, acquire skills and tools to develop their life project autonomously, exercise their rights and reach their potential, and have the possibility of reevaluating and transforming the contexts they come from in the short, medium and long term.
SOCIAL PROJECTS

Digital Language Lab "Girls Changing the Future"
We seek to reduce the existing gap in the mastery of digital skills necessary to integrate into the labor market and the development of entrepreneurship in the XXI century in resident students of the Escuela Secundaria Técnica No. 1 Internado Palmira, who come from marginal communities in the states of Morelos, Guerrero and Oaxaca mainly in contexts of domestic violence, extreme poverty and lack of training in digital skills and tools that allow them to integrate into the labor markets and the academic demands of the XXI century.
To achieve this, an intervention model based on acquired skills will be implemented, which will train resident students in basic programming skills through projects developed on the GOOGLE platform and with the support of FUNDACIÓN MERCED A.C.
Connect and Play in collaboration with Colectivo Tomate and Change X

Our main objective is to rescue a space of at least 100 square meters through the design of educational games, to promote the integral formation of the student community contributing to improve the quality of life and strengthening their individual and professional skills through the integration of art and play as an extraordinary strategy for peace building and community building.
The spaces are freely accessible to the community, so that they can enjoy them without any problem.
